So, you’ve started a blog. (Yay!!) That’s really awesome, but what happens next? You see all those lucky duck bloggers making money, working with sponsors (and getting money in other ways), being mentioned all over social media and having the freedom to attend conferences and invite-only events. What gives? What’s the secret to their success?
This month is my lifestyle blog’s 5th anniversary and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I’m celebrating by giving back to my awesome and supportive community. I’ll be sharing what I’ve learnt in my 5 years of blogging, including my resources to help get you started or push you to the next level!
I want you to say that you have all the knowledge and skills to make your blog bigger and better! I want you to know exactly how to put together beautiful blog posts, write what needs to be written, express what needs to be expressed — and do it with ease.

Whether you’re a newbie blogger or a seasoned one, there’s always more to learn (and implement—so key!) about blogging.
This is the blogging series I wish I’d read 5 years ago when I first started my lifestyle blog (BeingTazim.com).
What I’ll be covering:
- My story, what I’ve learnt from the mistakes I’ve made and what I’d do differently
- The best resources to get you started and elevate your blog to new heights
- Top legal things you absolutely must have on your blog, with guest post from Genavieve Shingle Jaffe
- How to create wow-worthy blog posts that get noticed
- How to make sure your blog posts fit in with your bigger business goals
- How to connect with brands, monetize and use the blog as an entry point to a sales funnel
- How to get your posts shared/how to promote on social media
I’m super excited to have one of my awesome business mentors Genavieve Shingle Jaffe join me during the week! Genavieve, who is a lawyer who works with entrepreneurs, will be sharing her expert advice on what legal additions every blog should have. Here’s a bit more about her:
Genavieve Shingle Jaffe is a lover of anything pink and sparkly. She is an entrepreneur, lawyer, blogger, wife and fur mommy. She runs a law practice, Genavieve Shingle Law, an on-line legal course, Damsel in Defense®, a blog, My Journey Through the Dark, and is the co-founder (with her wife, Jordana Jaffe) of Magical Business Academy where she works with female entrepreneurs on finding who they truly are and working through the obstacles in life that are holding them back. Join her and Jordana in their free Magical Business Academy Playground where over 1,600 female entrepreneurs play and support one another through this magical journey called life and entrepreneurship.
It all starts March 21st! Want bonus worksheets and videos? I’ll also send you each post in the series directly to your inbox! All you need to do is sign up below:
What people are saying:
Tazim’s gift as an instructor is her ability to respond to what happens in the moment ‘in the classroom’ and allowing the class members to learn & grow from that. I feel fully satisfied with what I learned and I appreciated having the opportunity to focus on learning a new social media platform. Tazim Damji is very patient!! – Carla Whippy of Lumina BioFeedback
I really love your knowledge and it must be so hard when to know how much to show us, because there is so much more and you are able to teach to our level (!) You are so patient with us! What I really like is that you understand how we can use the social media to forward our business. It is one thing to teach us Google+ but also to teach us how to use this for our business. This is so valuable and your special niche. – Lisa Koo Buysse of Norwex
By signing up for this series you will be added to my list. I send out semi-weekly emails with free information on blogging and social media, plus my insider tips on growing a business as an entrepreneur. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.
